These terms apply to all services provided by maxdesignonline, Novoselečki put 167, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
maxdesignonline provides digital design services: web design, brand identity, UX design, visual identity systems, digital campaign design, and motion and animation. All services are delivered digitally.
All prices in EUR. 50 percent deposit before project commencement, 50 percent on delivery. For larger projects, milestone billing may be agreed in writing before work starts.
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the project proposal. Additional rounds are quoted separately.
On full payment, all rights to the delivered work transfer to the client. maxdesignonline retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.
Croatian law applies. Jurisdiction: Zagreb, Croatia.
